We offer artistically created customizations upon a Rolex, Omega, Hamilton, or your desired watch. These customizations void the warranty of Rolex watches and any other manufacturer, the original technical properties may have changed and some parts may have been replaced. Rolex is under no obligation to warranty-service watches sold by Dark Triumph through its service locations. All product and company names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to within Dark Triumph’s products and services are the property of their respective intellectual property rights holders, if any. Those intellectual property rights holders, other than Dark Triumph are not affiliated with Dark Triumph, our products, or our website. They do not sponsor or endorse our materials.
Return & Refund Policy:

Every Dark Triumph watch is unique. We use all antique, vintage and pre-owned watch faces. Because of this, creating a guarantee for the watch is difficult, but every one of our curated pieces comes with a 3-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your timepiece, simply ship the watch back to us within three business days and we will refund the full payment price minus shipping & restocking fees of 15%. Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as initially shipped.

- Pieces that are created as a special order, custom or modified design basis are not returnable or refundable.
- Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals. Note: that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape. We will be happy to make minor adjustments like re-sizing or anything that might have broken do to our craftsmanship and or fix any damage(s) that might have occurred during the original shipment.
- We recommend that you ship all jewelry and loose stones with an insured courier (USPS insured, FedEx insured, UPS insured) and retain your shipping receipt. Make sure your jewelry and loose stones are packaged correctly, Dark Triumph is not responsible for any items you ship to us that is stolen, lost or damaged in transit.

Please be mindful that the majority of our products are vintage or even antique (some over 100 plus years). As with all mechanical and vintage items, they are more delicate and require more care and regular maintenance.

Warranty:

Modern watches (less than 20 years old) are covered by a 14-day technical warranty on the internal movement mechanism only. Antique and vintage watches (watches older than 20 years) are covered by a 3-day technical warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The watch is covered against issues relating to the technical operation of the watch and movement only. Warranty does not cover crystal, straps, user error, abuse, water damage or impact damage. Unless stated otherwise, timepieces are NOT water resistant or shock resistant. Shipping to us is covered at the buyer’s expense. We cover all return shipping at our expense (in the US only).

Antique and vintage watches are more delicate, require more care and cannot be handled in the same manner as modern watches. Antique and vintage watches are given greater timing and amplitude variances than modern watches. While all efforts are made to provide history and component reviews of these vintage watches, often times the provenance and history are unverifiable, so all are sold as seen.

Antique and vintage watches are more fragile and depending on nature of issue it may require custom or non-standard parts. An extensive search for parts or parts creation will always add significantly to the turnaround time and cost for a repair.

Each watch will come as described. As many of our pieces are vintage, please expect wear & patina from usage. For antique and vintage watches, timing and amplitude are given greater variances than modern watches (meaning it may not be as accurate or predictable as a modern watch). While all efforts are made to provide history and component reviews of these vintage watches, often times history and provenance is unverifiable, so all are sold as seen. Our pocket watches have been converted from original cases to new custom cases to showcase these on your wrist. We DO NOT sell any Replica/Fake wristwatches. Please read each item description and examine all product images carefully prior to purchase.

Most of our pieces run from a manual winding or automatic movement, which are generally not as accurate as modern quartz. We check all of our pieces to ensure they are running accurately and within acceptable time loss/gain limits before putting them up for sale. Again, regular maintenance and care is recommended after purchase to ensure the accuracy and longevity of your timepiece.

- International customers outside of US are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not part of shipping and are not included in any Dark Triumph charges. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
